I’m Liz, a dedicated advocate for veterans and their families. For over five years, I’ve worked at our County's Veteran Service Office, and I’ve proudly served as its Director for the last 2.5 years. My mission is simple: to ensure veterans receive the benefits they’ve earned.
I am cross-accredited through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs with the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), North Carolina Division of Military and Veterans Affairs (NCDMVA), American Legion, and the National Association of County Veteran Service Officers. These accreditations reflect my commitment to upholding the highest standards of advocacy.
Having grown up in a military family and being an Army spouse for 17 years, I understand firsthand the unique struggles veterans and their families encounter.
